eureciclo® is a Brazilian company that provides solutions for companies to offset the environmental impact of their products through recycling initiatives. They offer services that help businesses comply with environmental regulations and promote sustainability by ensuring that a portion of their products are recycled.
As a solo Product Designer, but also Product Manager and team leader, at Eureciclo since 2021, I am responsible for leading the design and development of various digital products aimed at enhancing user experience promoting sustainability, and provide clever solutions to complex problems to improve workflows focusing, at the end of all, in a revenue increase or cost-cutting. My role involved collaborating and leading with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs, solve problems and improve workflows that aligned with the company's mission of environmental responsibility. During my tenure, I contributed to the redesign of key platforms, including the Checkout 3.0 system, Customer Area portal, websites, and the Eco Design System, alongisde coordinating the implementation of external/third-party software in our sales team, marketing team and costumer sucess team, all of which played a crucial role in improving customer engagement and satisfaction, revenue increase and cost cutting. My work focused on creating intuitive interfaces, streamlining user journeys, and ensuring accessibility across all digital touchpoints, ultimately supporting eureciclo's commitment to fostering a greener future.

In 2022, eureciclo faced a significant challenge with its checkout process, which was built on an outdated platform that hindered user experience and conversion rates. The checkout received some updates along the way, but it was still far from optimal. In 2025, as the project leader and lead designer, I spearheaded the redesign and development of Checkout 3.0, focusing on creating a seamless, user-friendly interface that aligned with modern e-commerce standards. The new checkout system incorporated intuitive navigation, clear calls to action, and responsive design principles to ensure accessibility across all devices. Alongside we developed some other features, including referral links and associate links, which made our checkout's sales rate grow over 100% in gross income compared to the 2.0 version, and reducing the general time to acquisition from 29 days to 9 days total.
Post-launch analytics revealed a substantial increase in conversion rates and customer satisfaction, validating the effectiveness of the redesign and solidifying Eureciclo's commitment to providing an exceptional user experience.

Projected to provide transparent and meaningful data about recycling credits, Costumer Area is a secure online portal developed for eureciclo's clients to visualize their recycling credits, track environmental impact, download recycling credit certificates, and access detailed reports, contracts, bills and other relevant documents. The platform offers an intuitive interface where users can easily monitor their transactions, download certificates, and stay informed about their contributions to sustainability. Designed with user experience in mind, the Costumer Area provides seamless navigation and robust security features to ensure that clients' data is protected. By empowering businesses with transparent access to their recycling activities, the Costumer Area reinforces eureciclo's commitment to environmental responsibility and customer satisfaction.

One of the most complex problems I had to solve at eureciclo was the required process of mass declaration of products by our clients, which was a long and error-prone task for eureciclo's sales team and costumers due to the large volume of data involved. To address this challenge, I led and designed a streamlined mass declaration system that allowed clients to efficiently upload and manage their product data in bulk. The new system featured an intuitive interface for data entry, validation checks to minimize errors, and automated processes to handle large datasets seamlessly. By simplifying the mass declaration.

Eco Design System is a comprehensive set of design guidelines, components, and tools created to help designers and developers build friendly digital products at eureciclo all planned for Angular, the main eureciclo's front-end framework. It focuses on enhancing accessibility and usability, promoting the user experience, mainly for data reading, due the fact Brazil's National Solid Waste Policy requires companies to provide detailed information about the environmental impact of their products.
